CGI pipeline

Allright! my frist maya/nuke bridge is setup!
-Motion Blur
-32bit float Zdepth
-RAW pass possibilities
-FBX cam export

(There is still a small problem, when the IBL is the only lighting in the scene, you can only render a beauty, else you'll be unable to composite the scene , so i need to find a way to render an IBL contribution pass.)
